Our Mission
The Reagan Sloane Shanley Fund helps individuals with intellectual disabilities find their rhythm in life through community, meaningful work and supportive housing, so every person can connect, grow and flourish.
Reagan’s joy for life, her love of music, her curiosity, and her ability to light up a room reminds us why this mission matters. Inspired by her rhythm and determination, we’re dedicated to creating opportunities where individuals with intellectual disabilities can thrive - where their talents are celebrated, their voices are heard, and they’re supported to reach their fullest potential.
Our Vision
We envision a world where every person with an intellectual disability is empowered to live with purpose, independence, and joy and surrounded by community, opportunity & belonging.
Just as Reagan finds joy in keeping her own rhythm, we believe every individual deserves the space and support to move to the beat of their own life.

Abilis (ABLE-ISS) provides vital services and supports for individuals of all ages that have special needs and disabilities. With a lifelong continuum, Abilis’ services include Therapeutic Services and Life Services - starting at birth and continuing throughout an individual’s lifespan.

The Prospector Theater is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with disabilities through meaningful employment. By operating a first-run movie theater we show the world that those of us with disabilities are capable of in-demand job skills.
